ktswulf’s Terms & Conditions

GENERAL
- The artist reserves the right to reject any commission without any given reason.
- The stated price is the minimum base price and is subject to change depending on the complexity of the request.
- All artwork will have the artist's signature (“@ktswulf”). Commercial and monetized commissions may be exempted.
- Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before the commission begins.
- Client grants to the artist non-exclusive rights to observe and replicate client’s own character design and reference material for the use of the commission.
- Client is 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
- The artist will NOT create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.
- Specific restrictions include but are not limited to:
1. NFTs, variations of crypto, or for AI learning.
2. Furries, mechs or vehicles.
3. Copied styles. Realistic characters. Heavily detailed commissions or backgrounds.
4. Excessive gore, explicit adult content or any inappropriate content.
5. Content that constitutes hate, bullying, racism, discriminatory, etc.PAYMENTS & FEES
- Commissions can be paid 100% upfront OR 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. I will work on the commission once the first payment is received.
- Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 1 week or will be declined.
- Complexity Fee is between $10 - $100 USD for all Commissions.
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $50 - $100 USD applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.REVISIONS
- You are allowed up to 3 free revisions on the commissioned piece. (After lineart, only minor revisions are allowed.) I will send updates after the sketch stage, lineart stage, and base coloring stage. The fully rendered stage will only be seen on the final artwork.
- Additional fees will be added for excessive revisions or major changes on the final update. (Extra revision fee: $5 USD)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- The time it takes to finish your commission can vary from 3 weeks up to 2 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work.
- If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline, the artist will inform the client at the earliest convenience.
- Once the commission is finished, you will receive the full-resolution 300 dpi PNG file with artist signature in low opacity and a watermarked + artshield JPEG file.COPYRIGHT & USAGE
I, ktswulf (the artist):
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media accounts or portfolio websites with watermarks (client name optional).
- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)You (the client):
- You receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the commissioned artwork for personal use. Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or as agreed upon.
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website or social channels and use as profile pictures or banners WITH CREDIT to the artist (@ktswulf). Print and framing in personal spaces is allowed.
- You may NOT claim the commissioned artwork as your own.
- You may NOT alter or modify the commissioned artwork without my (the artist’s) consent.
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, redistributing, making prints for selling, etc.)
- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for NFTs, any variations of crypto, or for AI.
- If you agree to this contract, and send payment, and I find out that you make, sell, or aid in the creation of NFTs or generative AI in any form: you immediately lose your rights to refund and forfeit your rights to whatever money you sent regardless of whether your intent was to turn this into an NFT or use it to train generative AI or not. I will not complete the project in this circumstance.CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- The client is not allowed a refund once the artist starts working on the commission.
- If for any reason, I am unable to start your commission, you are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued once the artwork is complete.
- If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
